My experiences with Attorney O’donnell have been amazing from beginning to end. She was attentive and compassionate for all my legal needs and incredibly easy to work with an exceptional attention to detail. I began my divorce case feeling very vulnerable. However once Kathy was by my side and I saw/heard her in action standing up for me I knew I was in good hands. I recommend Kathy as a mediator or to represent you personally through a divorce. You never want to need an attorney but when something happens and you are left with no choice, it is hard to decide who to choose. We absolutely made the right choice in calling Kathleen. She explained what we were facing and was always upfront and there to answer any questions we had. She was quick to respond to our requests and things could not have gone better. This was for a divorce and custody and at one point we were worried about the children skipping town and our hands being tied. She walked us thru the proceedings and told us to contact her immediately if the situation changes and we haven't gone to court yet. I used Attorney O’Donnell to help sort through some custody challenges in 2017. As is often the case in custody situations, the entire process was challenging for everyone. Ultimately I wanted an attorney who understood that this was a challenging situation for all parties and was willing to treat everyone compassionately. Attorney O’Donnell was the ideal fit for the situation. She listened carefully and provided wonderful input. She always tried to remain mindful of the challenges everyone was facing and sought out solutions that were mutually acceptable. Furthermore, she contemplated angles I hadn’t anticipated; that allowed us to resolve issues now that might become future areas of concern (thereby avoiding avoid future custody negotiations). While the situation was difficult, Attorney O’Donnell handled it with professionalism and kindness that made it easier to navigate through the challenges. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who wants a caring and compassionate approach to their custodial situations without having to sacrifice quality and professionalism.
