Legal services my a** glorified tax collector

Unfortunately, I had some excise taxes that went unpaid and needed to be paid here.. The guy was a very unpleasant and miserable attendant. Seems to be a grumpy man. Either way he was rude, unnecessarily sarcastic and impolite. He walked away as I was recounting my money and a lady was then attending my matter who in turn was very pleasant and not so miserable. That was nice. Paid my dues and left. Until next time, Arthur P Jones..
