Lack of follow up and follow through. You can call his office weekly and something that you gave him to work on has moved nowhere down the road. Would not recommend if you are using him for non-real estate affairs. SLOW SLOW SLOW

My father and I used attorney graves for a house closing last summer. He was absolutely outstanding! Very knowledgeable, always available, he is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with on a real estate transaction. Definitely deserving of a five star rating! I highly recommend him!

Updating this review, we used Dan again this year. Wish I could give 6 stars for the way he solved problems for us. Far exceeds expectations.
