This lawyer volunteered to be a 3rd party in a complicated coparenting case as she was my ex husbands attorney and I sent her an email last week by court order with a link that showed the books my daughter needed for her college classes she is taking very early. I sent this woman 3 emails to not receive one back so stating she does mediation has definitely not been the case I have dealt with!!! My ex husband emailed me today, a week after I sent her the link of the list of books my daughter needed and I sent her another email today to check to make sure my daughter would receive her books on time, and she never once contacted me in the past week to tell me that my ex husband couldn’t open the link to see the books needed by next week!!!!! If I was my ex husband, I wouldn’t send her a dime but that’s his business. When you volunteer in court to be a 3rd party contact, communication is key and this woman could care less which makes me wonder why she even volunteered in the 1st place. I wouldn’t choose her as my lawyer and there are many better ones out there who actually care about their jobs. Now I have to get her off of the court order as the 3rd party because I am not dealing with what I have been stuck dealing with now! My ex husband couldn’t open the link that I sent to her a week ago now, and of course she never let me know that so if the books didn’t come, my ex would’ve been in comtempt and it would’ve been because of his own attorney which is pathetic.
