we communicate with this office without anyone recommending us, we found it by google for a car accident case and this has nothing with the lawyer Franks because he was so polite but with the person that he contacted us was the lawyer Ricardo, with with several good comments I never thought it was one more to give a bad review for discomfort that caused me, I agree with Christian Curran, to give a star is a lot.
But I must say that the first person who answered me was Mr. Frank Fernandez, he was very kind as well as an assistant named Rita, but I must say that lawyer Ricardo Shalu and the assistant Diana they need to be more polite and less rude specially Diana, she haven't nothing of education when dealing with a client, I would like say that we always say doctor to lawyers even if they are no. Respect and education, those are the principles what I learned in my country, but it seems that lawyer Ricardo misunderstood a word when I gave a complaint with one of his assistants called diana which I found a little rough when asking questions, but since Ricardo does not speak Spanish well, he misinterpreted what I wanted to say and said a word that I never said, so he asked me to find another lawyer, we are in a Country where many better and better lawyers stand out, we call for help and we do not get it Lawyer Ricardo must treat your clients as you would like to be treated.

I couldn't afford a lawyer so I was appointed Mr. Fenandez and to my misfortune I believed what he was telling me. I am happy that I chose Frank to be my lawyer, and I will choose him again in the future.
