horrendous - never ever work with those people. I am calling them and emailing them every week for last 3 months to get the money that INS credited for rejected h1 petition . They admited they have the refund in October since than they asked avbout 5 times for bank ifo we provided each time , we called about 20 times still they staff had no time to transfer the money. Super rude staff on phone and email. AVOID at any cost.

Initially the lawyer I worked with did not impress me at all, but now that their service has improved, I am upgrading my rating.

Immigration is a messy business. The Boston office of Fragomen is outstanding and filled with talented professionals.

I guess every experience is very different but about me, they have been fast and efficient. I got my green card in 5 months without any issue.

DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY. HAVE SOME SENSE OF URGENCY. Is this law firm just so desperate that they hire anyone who went to college???? You guys are a joke lol. Learn to read, learn to be timely or get a job more suitable for your inability to do SIMPLE TASKS LIKE EMAILING AND READING.Your talent attraction team in HR needs a lot of work if these are the people that they're hiring. THINK ABOUT FIRING SOME PEOPLE.

I really dont know from where to start and where to end.

No professionalism, no time commitment, no reliability only mistakes, errors, wrong filing is expected. All the reviews are correct. They are the worst attorney ever.

While I'm sure everyone's experience is different, especially in a legal context, these folks have been absolutely incredible to work with over a period of several years.

Mess up my application with all incorrect information

Do not go with Fragomen! They don't care about their clients at all! They just waste $$$$ and have no sense of urgency and have no professionalism.

Horrible experience. They do not respond to emails/phone calls. They are unaware of timeliness and promptness required for immigration applications. I had to deal with them when I got an offer from a company who had Fragomen as immigration lawyer. While dealing with Fragomen, experience was very stressful and frustrating. I did not want to jeopardize my ability to work in US due to Fragomen so I declined an offer from new employer. Stay away from Fragomen and avoid going to employers who work with Fragomen if you are looking for visa or green card processing through employer.
