I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I feel that it is necessary when you call an attorney for a consultation on a Wednesday and are told he "is away from the phone but will call you back." The woman who answered the phone asked if it was okay for him to e-mail me, and I said yes. I called again on Thursday, and she said she saw my message from the day before, again asking if it was okay to e-mail. Thursday passed, but I was not contacted, nor was I contacted on Friday...or today for that matter. I gave Mr. Minsky four business days, plus a weekend, and he has not returned my calls. That is rude and no way to treat a prospective client. Because he cannot give me even a minute of his time to tell me he can't speak to me or hear my case, he won't get my time...or my case.
