My business retained The Jacobs Law LLC for several different legal matters – first, to respond to a MGL Chapter 93A Demand Letter and second, to draft a handful of contracts for our business to use with customers, contractors and subcontractors. Talked to Michael Kurban on the phone just wanting to make an appointment to set up an LLC. It was very disappointing and a very bad experience. I was really offended by his repetitious quoting me of his fees to set up the LLC. I mean, really, I can totally afford the fees but please, stop quoting me every 5 minutes with it. I was referred by a friend who worked with Atty. Jacobs and he had a great experience. Mine was really annoying and just left a bad taste in my mouth.
