For two years I had a long drawn out court battle for custody and visitation of my amazing children. I went through two lawyers and could not understand why we continued to try and seemingly get no where. It was painnfully slow and drawn out for over a year and a half most times coming out feeling like nothing changed and I was generally frustrated with the lack of results and could not understand how this was the process. I don’t know if I can write this review without getting emotional, but I’m going to give it my best shot! My husband walked out on my son and I while I was at work, completely out of nowhere, blindsighting us. I left work that morning with a completely normal life, and I came home and realized my entire world had come crashing down. Will is a good listener and figured out how to get me what I needed financially after a marriage ended. He returned my calls and my case did not drag on and on. I have a friend that got a terrible deal in her divorce, she just wanted out as fast as possible, and now she regrets it. I did want to be taken advantage of so I needed someone tough that could stand up and fight for me. I never plan to go back to family court, but if I had to this is the attorney I would want representing me.

Out frustration with my present lawyer, who I could not get a call back from, I call Will Driscoll. It said, "Free Consultation" on the website so I called because I was unhappy with my attorney and I had nothing to lose. I called and had to leave a message. I thought, "Here we go again with these damn lawyers." I got a call back in 15 minutes and talked directly to the attorney! It turns out he has been doing divorce work for over 20 years and he knew all the in's and out's. He even knew the judge that was hearing my case and let me know that some of the facts that I thought would really help me would not make much of a difference. But he asked a few questions and suggest a different approach. I liked what he had to say so I met with him. Long story short, I now have court appointed visiting rights with my son and get 50% visiting rights during vacations. With the first lawyer I might still be tapping the keys on my phone hoping for a call back! Really happy with my outcome.
