I've been on the fence as to whether or not to write this review. I decided I should not because I dislike Desmond....which I do...but in hopes of helping another into falling for his trap.

As most cases my wife was trying to get her permanent resident, which she now has by the way thanks to another much better firm. Not only did we waste thousands of dollars on this lawyer but not once did I feel that he ever cared or spent anytime on my case.

I wrote and proofread all my wives affidavits, I spoke with UCSIS, did all the research, organized our documents, pretty much everything with the help.of my sister who is an immigration lawyer but retired due to health reasons. It was upsetting I got more legal and BETTER legal advice from my sister who wasn't even practicing than the lawyer we hired.

Honestly I feel like he didn't even believe that me and my wife were actually married and loved each other. Which we do, and have now been happily married for 2+ years, thank you very much!

All is well now and we have gotten passed this difficult experience I just want to warn anyone considering him as a lawyer, I sincerely hope he doesn't abandon you like he did us.
