So I was very nervous about doing this whole bankruptcy thing and had tons of questions about all of it but Mr Gillen assured me that it's not all bad and answered my questions about my property and my vehicles and my bills and when it came time for court it he walked me threw the process and it went easy peasy but he's an awesome lawyer and I'd use him as my lawyer again if I ever have to. I met with attorney William (Bill) Gillen in regards to me filing for bankruptcy. I had no idea how to go about it, my rights, or the cost of doing so. He was extremely helpful, gave me great advice just speaking over the phone to set up an appointment, and he didn't charge me for the hour consultation. He was very honest with me about my situation and didn't charge me nearly as much as other lawyers would have ( I'm not going to say how much). He even advised me to shop around and make sure I was getting a more than fair rate. When it came to actually filing, he was very helpful with me getting together every thing I needed. He kept in touch with me and got back to me in a more than reasonable amount of time. After my bankruptcy was finished he still continuously kept in touch with me and answered any questions I had.
