I was charged DUI on January 2019, but Attorney Andrew Winters successfully dismissed all of the charges without going into the court (successful negotiation with a prosecutor)! I had a tough situation pop up back in NH after moving across the country. I was extremely stressed and all of the attorneys I called seemed not to care about what I was going through. After reading online reviews I set up a 30 min consultation with a Jonathan Cohen; he was AMAZING! He was compassionate, knowledgeable and WANTED to help me. My financial situation was not the best, and he understood that and worked with me. He was very efficient through the whole ordeal, which took about 6 mos to finish up. I ended up with everything I wanted, and Jonathan took so much stress off of my shoulders. There were times I got emotional and would cry and he would tell me how everything is going to be okay and how we will get through this together and that’s the main reason why I chose him out of all the other lawyers I talked to. He is a good man and a fair man and he will go above and beyond.
