Angelique and the Eliopoulos & Eliopoulos team acted as attorney and legal representation for the purchase of a new house property. She and the team were incredibly helpful throughout the process and made it a smooth experience. Working with them lead to very little work needed from the buyer side with respect to work relating to contracts and closing on the property. There were several things that came up during the process (unrelated to E & E) that had potential to delay the closing. With only a couple calls and email communication Angelique handled everything from communication with the seller attorney and communication with buyer/seller agents and quickly remedied the issues. In the end the closing turned out to be completed almost a week sooner than originally planned thanks to her and team's work. Every time I even thought of attaining legal services I had an anxiety attack. So years went by without me having the legal paperwork I knew I needed, but was too nervous to even tackle the first obstacle, which would be finding an attorney who was knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, and most of all patient (seriously, I didn't even know why I would need a "living will" if wills were supposed to be for dead people.)
