I'm a landlord in Worcester County, and had really grown to strongly dislike one of my tenants. Weekly texts of complaints, threats, insults and general rudeness from this tenant. So after I delivered my Notice To Quit for nonpayment, it was no surprise that the tenant raised hell about all the complaints from the past year.
