I hired Attorney Nicole Longton to defend my mentally ill son against serious charges of 2 counts of Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. He suffers from schizophrenia and the charges were a result of asking for a transport to the hospital that went bad. She took on the case after we had been caught in a three-year Merry-Go-Round of continuances with court appointed legal representation. I highly recommend Nicole if you ever need an attorney. I have never been in trouble before and went into a former employer, Verizon wireless. One of their sales reps fraudulently added something to my account when I specifically told him I didn’t want it. I wrote my former district manager about the situation, hoping for once he would do the right thing and fix it. He didn’t, so I continued to climb the ladder all the way to the CEO. While the situation finally got resolved by the CEO’s office my district manager went to the police and sought harassment charges, probably because he got in trouble at work. Despite a judge ruling in my favor against a restraining order the state still pursued the charges.
