They are such a lifeline to prisoners. Simply amazing group of people.

I have been dealing with them for over 4 years trying to retrieve money they were in control of and all i keep getting is the run around. No one returns my calls either.

Phones were busy every time I called. Couldn't even leave a message and as a parent of an incarcerated person it was very frustrating.

I'm not sure what happened but I was speaking with a paralegal by the name of Martha peña about an incident which occurred in the Worcester county jail August 15th & I filled out numerous paper work & she told me PLS was willing to take on my case and further the investigation. Last I heard from her was like a month ago and she told me she was sending back a few papers for me to fill out & I never received them nor heard back from her. I've called numerous times and left her messages. She never seems to be at her phone or even able to return a call. How professional. Dont waste your time reaching out to these people they dont care about your issues unless its 100% guaranteed money for them I guess. Thanks for wasting my time.

a few years back my son took a vicious beating from guards at a ma.correction prison that I will not mention.prisoners legal services could not do anything because the tape was lost!(really)As far as I can see they do not help prisoners as they claim!
