The teenager volunteers and baby boomers staff are fairly hit or miss, as with most non-profits. No lawyers are available to help. It’s best to treat lawyers like cops and avoid if at all possible. Some GLAD volunteers are mean spirited. Don’t expect a result from calling GLAD.
