I wouldn’t trust these fulks. They seem very gimmicky at first and just get worse latter on. I don’t have a degree in lawyering: but noone is suppose to ask for your ssn card and birth certificate over email. Plus, when I wanted to get a refund my funds were cut to a third even though they litterally did nothing for my case except take my money. I guess that’s hard work and they felt worth near 2k. Also be stern cause when you want to pull out they’ll throw you into a vindaloop and try to get more money out of you.

I won't get into the specifics. I was talked into paying this firm for a mortgage modification. The cost was just about half of what I was behind. I was told in the beginning the process rarely takes more than 3 months to do and the success rate is high. I was told not to contact the mortgage company, that they would be the point of contact. It's been about 6 months and I am no going into foreclosure. My mortgage company said they missed deadlines for items. The needed items were given to my Lawyer back in April. This firm wanted me to pay an additional $1000. I requested a refund for half of the money back since I have to do the modification from scratch. They want me to sign a release form for a refund of $1200 only. That is about a quarter of what I paid them for. The talked me into going with them because they lead me to believe they worked with people I knew which was untrue. PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE. I will be setting up a Facebook Page that will have all the emails and information that was transpired so you can do your research on this review and come to your own conclusions.

My experience with Forghany Law P.C. was outstanding. My attorney's Vanessa Reynolds and Nisha Mungroo and paralegal Cindy Hulett worked very hard to help me through a very difficult and exhausting process. In my opinion they went above and beyond their call of duty and was there every step of the way always giving me the support and expertise i needed. They even called me on weekends and after hours when necessary. This firm is absolutely awesome. Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous. But, Ken is by far the best. He explained everything in a straight forward way. No nonsense. But, when he heard that the electric was going to be turned off within 24 hours, he pulled off the impossible. He rallied the troops and got everything done in 12 hours. The filing was at 10:00 pm.
