Rude and disrespectful even for collection agents. They told me I had to pay 100.00 per year for one year then 900.00 per month after the year was over. They told me I had no choice or they would take everything I owned.

Very rude when you talk to them on the phone. Always try to threaten you into paying the entire balance you owe saying there is no other option even when you're on a payment plan. Wish they would come into the 21st century and do online payments so that we never have to talk to idiots

Spam wont pick up

I received their letter in the mail. The letter was very professional. If someone would need legal services, they are located all over the country.

This is a terrible company to work for. Lianna Colbert who does HR there treats the employees like scum to the point when she is upset over something silly, she will make a scene and yell at the employees. She also claims to be the president of the company which is a lie! She is just the human resources manager, she is very unethical but the company lets her get away with talking to people like trash because she has been there for years and she is older and most of the workers are young kids in their 20s and late teens. She must feel very high and mighty when she belittles people.

HORRIBLE Law Firm.....I have been making my payments EVERY month like I am supposed to do. All the sudden they put a garnishing on my checking AND savings account. Depleted both saying I have missed several payments. However, I have copies of the checks for the times they said I missed. Checks have cleared my bank with their company's name stamped on the back. So who is getting my payments??? Applied to someone else account??? Someone's pocket????? Now I have checks bouncing everywhere bc of their error. I guess I will be getting me an Attorney. Don't use this law firm PLEASE!!!!

Great people to work for

I can see why they have 1 star, they can make an mistake and you pay for it. If you make an agreement and fall short zwicker associate won't take won't take what you can give them but say you can give more money they will jump on that. .wow what a world this has become. We must Pray for this world . Father God help us. Thank you in JESUS NAME AMEN

They are horrible to deal with!

You pay them, and they don't apply correctly to your account and they don't fix it with the credit bureaus.

Literally the coldest, most heartless law firm I’ve ever come into contact with. Debt collection company, so really, enough said. But they take being condescending and arrogant to a whole new level.

I wanted to give ZERO if it was possible. Worst Collection agency ever! Very unprofessional & ignorant employees who utilize very aggressive measures. My checks were being garnished & I never received receipts or statements. I am so incredibly happy to be DONE with them. Awful business practices which is evident from the reviews. As a Christian, I know that God does not like ugly!

Fake Website!!! Was trying to make a payment online. Luckily my computer spyware warned me and I did further research. Only can payments through representatives over the phone or mail payments. NOT THRU THE WEBSITE!!! Also realized the number listed on website is completely wrong. BEWARE....scammers

This is a collection agency that refuses to collect which makes then a harassment agency. I want to pay in full but they refuse. Go figure. These guys are associated with AMEX.
