Very disappointed with McDaniel as a mediator he was very bias for the other person. Not impartial at all.

I went there after a dispute with my neighbor blocking access to an RV that people were renting in my back yard. I explained on the phone what was happening and told that they would only take the case if I had title insurance. I found that to be unusual but since I had title insurance I went ahead and made the appointment.
I was there for 29 minutes (according to Google Maps) and explained the problem, drew a map, and gave the evidence I had collected. Mr. McDaniel took several weeks to write a letter to my neighbor to see if that would correct the issue without having to go to court. It did not.
I received a letter from the county explaining that living in an RV was no allowed and that it had to be moved. I emailed Mr. McDaniel explaining that I was very unhappy with the advice I received and felt he should have known that it was against the county code. He replied that he didn't know people were living in the RV. My take away from that is that the person on the phone didn't listen to me, not did he during the time I was there. Basically he didn't care that he gave bad advice and tried to blame me.
I also wanted to mention that I was charged for .6 hours for my consultation. Google, who likes to track me via my phone, shows I was there for 29 minutes. Also I was billed an hour for him to write a paragraph, plus more time for his secretary to write it and mail it.
Obviously, I would not recommend going to this law firm. I do not think they understand the law like they should. I also believe that they over bill their time.
However, if you insist on going there take a stop watch and make sure you get in writing what they are going to do for you. They can not keep track of time themselves nor recall the conversation they have with you and why you are there.
