I called them since I needed a lawyer to represent me in a landlord tenant dispute. I am an Indian American and have a foreign accent. I own a multi million dollar business and rent a home with more than $2,000 in rent. The lady that answered the phone asked whether I am a landlord or tenant. I replied that I am a tenant. Then when she rudely tells me that I won’t be able to afford almost $200-300 in consultation fee and my best bet is to contact Oregon State bar referral service since they only charge $35 in fees.

She somehow was able to somehow determine based on my foreign accent and/or the fact that I am a tenant that I won’t be able to afford a $200-300 consultation fee. What a prejudiced answer from supposedly one of the best firms! Needless to say that they won’t get my business. I urge all minoities and or people that care our discrimination and prejudice to never deal with this firm. Little did the person answering the phone knew that I have about 10 employees that work for me that probably make more money than her.

My wife and I were dragged into a horrible modification case so we did some research and decided to retain Bradley Litchfield. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism and demeanor.
