Great lawyer that assisted me with my DUI case. Thanks Clayton!

Had an initial consultation with him over the phone, we told him all of the solid evidence that we had and he immediatly started saying that none of it matters. He was egotistical and rude, I finally had to talk to him for my wife (who is going through the case) and tell him that he needed to actually listen to us as he kept talking over us, he finally hung up the phone when I asked him to listen. Completely unprofessional. I spoke to another attorney shortly after and they advised me that the other attorney did not sound like he wanted to take the case and said it is most likely because it is a discounted lawyer service.

The really sad part of this story is that I have a serious medical issue. I asked Clayton to HELP me with this issue and of course he said, Not a problem. I called and left voice mails for a month and a half concerning said medical issue and Clayton never called me back. Ever. Remember that Clayton? I really needed your help and paid you and you left out to dry with a serious medical condition. You have NO Heart.

My Doctor stepped in and DID YOUR JOB FOR YOU. My Doctor is aware of the position you put me in and he is on my side.

Every word in my review is EXACTLY as it happened. He did not even know I would have an increase in insurance. It was a joke from the start. You got my $1750 Clayton.

Worst lawyer in Eugene. This guy is as crooked as his nose. Charges a flat fee of $1750 and meets with you. Everything is great and he will handle it. I had never been in trouble in my life and got a DUI. I am not from this state and was scared to death. I paid this LOSER $1750 for nothing. A court appointed attorney could have done better. As soon as he got my money he went on vacation which delayed the court date. The judge did not like the fact that he kept pushing my trail date forward. I got blasted by the Judge because Clayton almost did not get my diversion paperwork in on time. Since then I have had issues with the class you have to take and the IID people. I have been leaving this loser messages for days and not even a call back.

This guy is a HUGE loser for the county of Lane. He actually ran for DA! If this guys becomes your DA you will lose your town. He has NO clue what he is doing and MUST be a UO LAW Grad. Why won't you call me back Clayton?

I would like a refund because you did nothing to help me. Nothing.

I needed help with a 24year old driving while suspended i called 5 star tullos he looked it up and said no problem 1750. Should take care of that. So court came i had schedule conflict i emailed to reset ended up doing that twice.third time a charm i was late that day so i went to his office first where finding out one there was no wittness (ticketing officer) no case easy win then go's on to inform me that this was a felony charge and would cost 4000.00 2 min before court what to do in short notice but sign for extra cost so quick arraignment hearing then i started thinking im getting screwedno wittness no case so i hire a honest attorney dan kruse case dismissed and never ssern the court room BAIT AND SWITCH IM NOT DONE WITH YOU MY FREIND SEE YOU IN COURT!!!!!
