Facing a wage garnishment can be extremely stressful. My thought out resolution was to file Chapter 7 (bankruptcy). However before I actually put my thought into action, I made a few phone calls to see about getting some legal advice. Through a referral I was given Tom Butcher's number to call for help. With one meeting an action plan was determined and put in place. Tom placed one phone call and the wage garnishment was immediately withdrawn. We then reviewed my debts and Tom agreed to go forward with helping resolve these as well which will lead to significant credit rating improvement. Tom can be trusted (he does what he says he's going to do and is completely fair with fee's).
