Marianne has helped me in so many ways with my non profit, and also on a personal level by helping my friend get out of a jam. She stands for everything that is right, and is respected in the Eugene community.

Ms. Dugan is a fine attorney. I am qualified to say this, as I am attorney myself. I watched her do depositions when we were representing two different plaintiffs against the police and she is skilled in what she does and has wonderful insight into state and federal issues.
