Obviously a very knowledgable group. It would be beneficial if they returned calls, or let you know when there would be a more convenient time to call back. It would also be more convenient for clients if the group would set up their voice mail.

It was my mother's appointment so didn't experience the actual appt. myself. However, I find it very odd that two days later she received a sympathy card in the mail. She hasn't even passed yet! Strange. Sweet but very strange.
