She is the worst ATTORNEY I have ever seen. Turn and run. She was my wife’s attorney and she charged to much, has horrible customer service and Threatened her with foreclosing on her house or on her 401k. Over a $800.00 bill.
I don’t have a dog in this race, so please look around and find a different Attorney. I personally know of a few great Attorneys in town.

I will never recommend her to anyone.

I made the mistake of hiring Laurie Clark to represent me in a divorce/custody case. I was worried going into court because she hadn't spent any time going over her plan not had she even asked for any info from the opposing attorney. In court the opposing attorney went right to work making false accusations against me & asking that I provide documents I shouldn't have had to provide. She didn't object or deny any of the false accusations, but she did say yes (without once asking if I wanted to) that I would provide documents that I absolutely didn't want to provide. When I leaned over and told her that I did not want to provide them she told me that if I didn't shut my mouth, she'd leave the courtroom. Upon the end of court that day I quickly fired Laurie Clark. She then added numerous charges to the already inflated bill.

Wow. Walked in for a consultation. No hi no introduction, nothing except "do you have payment for the consultation fee." Ok not what i expected, I thought! She ran the card. Gave me the receipt, then just said here's the divorce process and started writing on graph paper. Shocked i stood up and told her let's start with introductions, have her my name and shook her hand which you could tell she did not want to do. After she went on for a little bit without acknowledging or asking me any questions I stopped her and let her know my intentions were to shop around for a attorney. I didn't pay $150 to learn the process which I can look up on Google. I asked her a few questions and man did she not like that. Very dry monotone and sarcastic borderline rude. I knew I had just wasted $150 and nothing in my gut told me this woman gave a s***. She just wanted my $275 per hour Which is higher than most people in the area which are $250 with much better reviews. Google reviews don't lie and she has the worst of any attorney in Springfield or Eugene.

Laurie is amazing in her field and extremely professional. I highly recommend her for your family law needs.

If you need to have things sugar-coated, Laurie might not be the lawyer for you. She is blunt and straight to the point. No time is wasted, and she has no problem speaking truth that you don’t want to hear.
Personally, I prefer a lawyer that is efficient and effective, and Laurie is both.

Great lawyer. I aquired her services back in 2006-2009 for a custody battle and she was/is impeccable. I currently am acquiring her services again due to other parties acctions and am entirely confident in her service. I would suggest her to others in a heartbeat.

Laurie Clark is incredibly competent. She brings fear to the other lawyers and they often puzzle about what exactly she is saying, knowing they need to figure it out because it is significant. She tends to talk in a round about way instead of directly. So you need to read between the lines at times. She is an easier lawyer to have if you are intelligent.

This lady took almost $30,000 from my daughter for a custody battle and did absolutely nothing.
My daughter, myself and her friends did the whole case by ourselves.
We are turning her into the Board.
Possible class action.
Beware. The lady is a thief, a liar and the absolute worst attorney ever.

Very, very experienced and capable. A force to be reckoned with. Unfortunately, her sympathies seemed to lie with the opposite party in my particular case and she was almost abusive of me in private. Yet in the event she did her duty very well. I would advise you to feel her out thoroughly, but if she's the one for you, then you'll be very lucky to have her. (Also, her charges are extremely reasonable.)

Awful woman. Laughing at the struggles of someone less fortunate then her is the most rude thing you can do. Refusing to work Friday so she can have a 3 day weekend is also a good way to make you look lazy and a way to lose clients. If you want to waste your money come to this woman she will make sure to laugh in your face and treat you like stupid while sucking your pockets dry.

Condescending towards clients total wast of money should not use under any circumstance
