I don't even have the language to express the feelings of extreme resentment, betrayal, and deep disappointment I have harbored toward this attorney for the unprofessional and inappropriate approach to our family's estate matter at a time when we were emotionally and financially vulnerable. He did not handle the details of our family's estate well, aided in the closure of a business, foreclosure of two properties, he violated professional rules of lawyer conduct, abused our beneficiary funding, failed to communicate important matters, and clearly had no respect or sensitivity to our bereavement. He also spent money he was not entitled to, and the remaining funds were difficult to get back out of the trust. i would not recommend him.

2. It appears you have your records messed up. You're the only firm I contacted and under your law firm's phone number in my phone I called Feburary 20th for the first time and the phone call lasted 4m9s and I specifically told the man on the phone I had until April 20th to complete my case. **Stop trying to blame me for your mistakes. I have pictures of the calls to your number on the dates I have provided, I would be more than happy to email them to you if you'd send me an email so I know where to send them.**

In my opinion, an apology would be much more professional because now, not only have you appeared to have lied to try and make yourself look better, it is showing how unorganized you guys can be.

1. My first call to you was February 20th at 11:43am the phone call lasted 4min9s, my second was March 4th 1:43pm and 1:45pm my third was March 8th at 4:11pm. I searched my email records, nothing. I have pictures, -I- don't lie.**

I called seeking legal assistance, was told they would talk it over and call back. I waited a week and a half, heard nothing so I called again and asked what was going on, was again told they would call me back. Waited several more days making it over 2 weeks since I first called and still had not heard back from them. I called again and was told they were too busy to take on my case after making me wait for over 2 weeks. I told the man on the phone I was very disappointed they made me wait that long for them to tell me that and that my case only required maybe an hour's worth of work and that it is time sensitive, I could have found someone else to help me. He told me that the attorney actually never looked it over and that he would talk to him and call me right back. What?? But okay, ONE more chance. I made him repeat that he'd call me right back and he assured me he would. No call back. I'm glad they didn't call me back at this point, looks like I dodged a bullet.
