We found Paul to be very straightforward and approachable, and in one visit was able to answer our questions and make suggestions regarding a tenant issue. We found it refreshing that he didn't need to make a big production out of our problem, but instead cut right to the chase; we left feeling like we had the answers we needed to be able to resolve our issue ourselves.
One caveat: I didn't see in his office acres of shelving filled with expensive law books. If a million-dollar office environment is important to you, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you want straightforward, no-nonsense answers to your legal issues, Paul is your man. Thumbs up!
