This is very alarming . an true..I went to David Smileys office .re my mom's Estate.to get a portion .of my mom's .to be able to have funds .needed to retain attorney on her behalf my bright healthy daughter who at that time was diagnosed with organic schitzophrina.means not drug induced.i myself a senior.with a disability on $770 a month .in a nice but low income apt.my other daughter 22 in college.i was an am a single mom with .no siblings. David told me at our meeting I needed a administrator..i asked why this is my mom an daughter's An will do the rest .of estate with them .he told me I had to have an administrator.or I would loose my apt.for it was to much money .i trusted him.it was a lie .again he said it would just be for the small portion that's it .never ever would I have anyone place money re my daughter's .That's my job.so he had me think if someone since it would be fast an done .not again my daughter's or the rest.he met with this person i knew briefly but thought I could trust.met at Christian concert he never met my mom or daughter's trusted to just get funds I requested David met with him alone...adminsrstor would not get together to meet at Chase bank so I went in an explained and told the truth I did not need an administrator for this .bank manager an a another banker that deals with this .over speaker phone With David S.he said he was removing admistrator.so I hadv2 checks they .fed ex to me 48 hours .i also called administrator an told him I got what I needed .so thank u but it's done.an David took u off as admin.then David through to about Nov 2018 worjedcwith me basically family law .re my daughter claims he didn't .he did I an my daughter 2 gether with mental illness got her disability .not David I needed my original Poa paper to open her a bank acct.she was in now an instition .mental illness when I went into office David said I had to sighn over No reason .i did which cost the loss if my daughter to state. Also he had his secretary go to a house where she had at this time severe schizophrenia..had London.sighn off her portion of her nanas funds David said that would be split with my other daughter an then I could set forget in able act he didn't even know what that was.it.all of a sudden I could not get appointments with him .i was told to call chuck Nov 2018.he Apperntly kept chuck on without my knowledge or any amount re my bill .an administrator charging his time .for my mother my daughter's .I still do not have a dime from this or my daughter's . im broken can't believe an Attorney would.
