I hired Todd for my son and not only was he and his staff extremely professional, but they did everything correctly. We have been nothing but pleased with there services and they have gone over and beyond what we ever expected, the absolute opposite as the last review.

I had very terrible experiences here with these attorney's thomas, ward and grover. if you are looking for someone to represent you, keep looking do not come to this law office.
Their other staff member is highly questionable, they don't live in reality and they are just a simple minded paper pushing, phone answering nobody.
everyone who needs or wants an attorney wants to have confidence in that attorney who has the client's best interests in mind all while during your event period and for your future down the road in your life. a client also wants an attorney you feel confident in trusting and to find that attorney to represent you who has your back. you won't find any one of those things here.
these attorney's just give you a number (like the dmv) and send you a bill to pay them. there is no empathy or wanting to see the best results for you. they are not fully invested in you, you become just quick cash and out the door you go and back under the tracks of the bus.

I hired Todd Grover several years back to represent my son in a theft charge. I knew something was not right with my son as he had been very sick for some time. I had concerns for my son's wellness and consistently told Grover that something was not right. My son had been placed on an incredible amount of prescription medications ....none that supported his need. I came across information on this drug Ambilify that he was on and it was the only thing that made this criminal charge make sense. I told Grover and wanted to drive to Bend from PDX to show Grover. He told me in these exact words ;"The best thing you can do is work to make money to pay me ", and not interfere. IN the end, I was correct. There are SO MANY criminal convictions for those administered this medication. Grover demonstrated not investment in learning or defending my son in a professional manner. He was hired to "represent" and instead, was so full of himself that he did not care to educate himself to facts that may have landed a different outcome. Now, there are thousands of class action lawsuits for those who took this medication, Todd Grover literally refused to hear information pertinent to my son's outcome. All he cared about was the $3000.00. He did NOT earn that money and did NOT professionally represent my son as an attorney not quality should of. Any attorney who refuses information that is very relevant to a FAIR outcome , who does not take their client's case to heart, is not worthy of hiring, let alone 'professional" . He is a low end worker in the legal system. Presently, there are many students/people, who trusted their health care to Oregon Health Plan, and suffered this same outcome due to reckless prescribing and little oversight. Todd Grover had no interest in educating himself and refused my findings.This is not ok.

Amazing attorneys. I hired them at the recommendation of now retired defense attorney Jon Springer and could not be happier. I have used both Todd Grover and Erick Ward and they helped me with some very serious charges. I have retained them again to help reduce those charges to misdemeanors now that I have completed my court mandated requirements. In my opinion, the best in CO.
