Great customer service and very quick response time.

We have successfully partnered with AIS for a little over 4 years. They are our service of choice when it comes to: background checks, drug screening, and DMV reports. We selected and have stayed with AIS because of their prompt turn around to our requests, integrated technology with our ATS, and the quality and accuracy of the information provided. My team can be critical of outside services if they do not get the support they need. Time is money in our business and partnering with a provider that understands our needs is critical. AIS has always delivered. Bonus is that my staff have repeatedly expressed how much they love working with the team at AIS - specifically Jason and Cheryl.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with (And I have dealt with a cable company). After seven days and 11 phone calls received absolutely no service of any kind nor did I talk to a human being other than the receptionist .
