Was court appointed to his office. He was very helpful and informative.

No help at all. He will not return phone calls, he tells you one thing and then the opposite happens, he is basically a working shrill who is working for the county to make them as much money as possible. Payette is on top of every "Worst of Idaho" list for a reason. Kelly is the poster boy.
