Susie and her team have represented me or my family in several legal issues, and have been very professional, expedient, and acted like bulldogs on my behalf. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone not even for the simplest case. The attorney we had was so green it was literally a joke to watch him in court. He hurt our case more than he helped not to mention what we were charged.

Just from calling, the lawyer on the phone was beyond rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to describe my condition with Autism and why I needed a lawyer....and it was for a rape case. All lawyers need to improve with how they work with people like me. They all say things as "so you go to college, that means that you are not an idiot." And no, I was keeping a list of phone calls I was doing at the moment, it was no mistake it was your company during that phone call. I even called you back to make sure it was you.

I was referred to SLM & Associates for my DUI case by a friend who had used their firm for her custody lawsuit. At first I was hesitant, because of low stars caused by a false review from before... and I’m so glad I went ahead and hired these guys anyway!!! By far the best experience I could have ever asked for from a private lawyer’s office. I don’t know how you could go anywhere else, truly!
They were diligent in working on my case, exhausting every option available for defense, and ultimately negotiated one of the best deals our judge had seen for a case like mine. (That’s a quote on the record from the judge himself, actually!)
I never ever once had any issues with their communication, the effectiveness of their work, or confidence in their performance. Olivia P. was my personal attorney and she was a godsend to me! She was very clear and concise about what the next steps always looked like and what I needed to do as the defendant to ensure I didn’t accidentally make it worse. And a bonus, even after our case closed, Olivia has still been available for any unresolved concerns that may come up.

I could not and would not recommend any other firm above these guys! Hire them, you will not regret it!!

When discussing my issues I got passed around and was passed along again to find someone else because they didn't listen very well and jumped to conclusions. Very frustrated with the issues I shouldn't have to deal with and just wanted help stopping it.

Susan was my first experience with hired council, she served me well. She adds to her profession an honorable reputation. I would and will recommend her council to anyone in need.

Not sure what is going to happen

Very rude. Was trying to explain my situation. Continuously cut me off. And instead of clarifying or being professional assertive to make something clear with out question. She made jokes and tol me maybe i should pay the teacher child support. Im a father and a primary parent with no say and have to bend over backwards just to keep my kids from losing there structure befor they come home. And i needed help deciding wether or not to set schedule and guidelines or to fight for enough to make decisions that a young mother cant make. Same even visit schedule. Just let me have best interest for my kids. But someone who will make jokes and talk down to you over a phone call. I cant imagine what imature comment could cost you your precious baby. Wouldnt risk my life,my kid, with anything less then up most respect and seriousness in a room were one comment could push the judge into loss of parental rights. Im lost for words with this comedy lawyer. Please dont risk your child. I wouldnt write all of this if i wasnt a proud parent warning other parents!!!!
