This is my Review on Paralegal Lynette Lalliss at Thomas, Williams, & Park in Boise, Idaho.
I submitted a request for services and was followed up promptly with some additional questions from Lynette Lalliss, Paralegal at Thomas, Williams, & Park in Boise, ID. Upon receiving a follow up email roughly a week and a half later, Ms Lynette stated in her email to me that they "have concluded that we are not the appropriate firm to handle this matter for you. You should not construe our declining to represent you in this matter to mean that your legal position is without merit." They went on to give me the contact information for the Idaho State Bar so I could contact another attorney.
A little confused I called the office on 9/19/2019 and spoke to the receptionist and asked to speak to Lynette, and would like any information as to an appropriate agency who would handle this case. I got a real generic answer... " I talked to Lynette and she said she had no information about any other attorneys that handle cases like ours." I again asked if I could speak to Lynette directly, because I had some other pertinent questions.
When I did speak with Lynette, right of the bat she told me to call the Idaho State Bar. I explained that all I wanted information on was of another attorney that handle these types of cases. She said that she didn't know. I then asked her if there was a reason why they wouldn't take my case. She assumed it was of workload. This answer was contradictory to the email she sent me, so asked for more information. At this point, she became very defensive and dramatic and used the following accusations... she called me " disgruntled & irate," when I told her that I was going to post a google review regarding my experience. I was cool, calm, and collected in the conversation, up until the very end when she told me that she was going to call the Idaho State Bar and tell them “to refuse my service, if I should I call in for a referral for a different attorney.”
She also shared that she was going to "rebutt" my review even after I explained that I was very cool and relaxed and just looking for more info as to my case. I’m sure Ms Lynette Lalliss will have some very kind things to say, and I welcome her viewpoint on this matter.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to reach out to me about my experience.
