Pros: Every single thing you can imagine. After years of difficulty we decided to get help. We could not imagine someone would be so knowledgeable, helpful, kind, able to deal with all the issues with our case, etc. There were so many problems to resolve and she handled every one of them with ease. She was available when we needed her most and was very professional throughout the whole process.
At the best price I could find in the entire Boise area I expected a second rate attorney but in turn got FAR more than what I paid for. Please go to her, you will be glad you did.
Cons: after months of thinking, I still cannot come up with a single one.

Having to do a bankruptcy is stressful, but Kelly and Dara were wonderful. They are very understanding and compassionate, making the whole experience a very easy process. I would highly recommend them. They are affordable a well.

Dara and her associate (sorry, it's been awhile so I have forgotten your name!) are amazing! Divorced and financially destroyed by my X-husband I ended up in the position of having to file bankruptcy. I was very scared and overwhelmed, they walked me thru the entire process and answered my numerous texts over the course of months. It took me forever to get my things together but they were there the entire time telling me what things I needed and how to get them. My situation was pretty complex but they sorted it out like it was nothing! I initially contacted them because I heard they were affordable. In this rare case, you get amazing compassionate service that you can afford. After everything was done I had a creditor that continued to report on me even tho they weren't supposed to. I found them on Craigslist and was kind of hesitant at first considering they are so much less money then everyone else in the valley. Don't let this denture you though!

My case was very complex and drawn out due to illness. Kelly, the paralegal went out of her way to make sure my case went as smooth as possible. She is so knowledgeable and really guided me. Making sure everything was filled correctly, nothing was missed and we made sure to do things correctly for my special situation.
