Jeff handled a crazy custody case for my wife that she had with her ex. He was helpful and always willing to listen and meet with us. Jeff prosecuted an action for legal malpractice on my behalf that was scrutinized by professional engineering groups across the nation because it concerned the ability of a large city in Idaho to fire its city engineer for enforcing ordinances aimed at protecting the safety of the public. He took a case that had been ruined by my prior attorney after several years of work and turned it into an outstanding result after a two week trial in which he outmaneuvered two talented lawyers thrown at him by the defense. Jeff's research and presentation were outstanding, and he dominated the courtroom with his knowledge of the details of the case.
