Horrible experience! Theres no direct number to the lawyers, also when they do call you back from blocked numbers and its never in the time frame they tell you. impossible to get ahold of anyone. Waste of my money and time. Paul is very rude, told him I could call him if anything was wrong, then tells me to deal with legal shield. There is a 1800 number for them my mistake but you will not reach a live person it will end up being phone tag with alot of strange and out of state numbers calling. I Cant help that the call times they give aren't correct instead of 4 to 5 hours like they quote it's a day and a half later. Sorry it's the real world I have a job and family, responsibilities I cant wait around all day. Point blank I paid for services I never received and wasted my money.
