This man is incredible. Do not judge him by "one star" reviews on Google. He's compassionate, but gets down to business right away. No frills, and he will never tell you what you "want" to hear - that is the single worst thing a lawyer can do for a client. The worst.
To the "one" star raters: You did not win your case. Not every attorney, no matter their exemplary track record, will win every case. So to those naysayers, quit your crying, you lost the game - now it's time to brush the dirt off your knees, pick up your ball, and go home.
As an end note: Attorneys apply laws that apply to your case. If the laws do not lean in your favor, well --- sorry for that. Your attorney can only do what he/she can do to best represent you. The final decision is ultimately up the court. the judge, and the evidence presented in accordance with existing laws will not always result in a favorable outcome. Every client of every attorney wants to "win" their case. Know what though? Life sucks.
The English poet, John Lyly once wrote, "All's fair in love and war." Or, "Hate the sin, not the sinner.", quoted by Mahatma Gandhi in his 1929 autobiography (the guy did have a law degree, after all). This one is for all of you scholarly-types out there, "Cum dilectione hominum et odio vitiorum" which in Latin, roughly translates as "“With love for mankind and hatred of sins.”
For those of you that aren't familiar with euphemistic proverbs, I'll present to you a personal favorite of mine:
"Don't hate the playa, hate the game." Ice-T, 1999.
Now, don't forget your ball..and next time? Wear a belt. It helps when you're trying to sport your big boy pants.

Marc is a joke he can't remember anything and certainly can't plead a case in court! Paid this guy over 7k he made sure to tell me not to go to mediation and that we needed to fight this so he could make his money then completely blew the case like an idiot! Was completely unprepared absent minded and didn't know what was going on! Do not use this guy! I repeat do not use this guy. I was even ordered to pay my ex attorneys fees as a result of this idiot! His assistant April is even a bigger idiot than him! Not to mention the only good reviews come from his office staff!! Lol seriously posting reviews on your own company guess they figure they can get more clients like that!
