Mr.Bird was absolutely amazing! I was so nervous about spending the money to hire an attorney because we had never been through something like this, but Mr. Bird was worth every penny we paid. He truly fought for us and showed that he really cared. Not to mention his secretary Jann was extremely friendly and understanding every time i talked to her. I would reccomend Mr. Bird to anyone who needs a great attorney. He was able to pull off getting a pretty serious felony charge completely dismissed and that is all behind us now. I got myself into a bind in Idaho Falls while working far from home. I was completely devastated and helpless on the matter. I found Bird Law Offices online and decided to give him a call. Ron, is the best Criminal Defense attorney in Idaho; hands down. At first hired another firm and when I told them a DUI conviction would most likely ruin my career options, they said there was little they could do. I then retained Ron and he jumped into the case. Not only did I NOT get a DUI, I did not get an actual license suspension, and he was able to deal the case down to a point where I can continue with my job. If you have a DUI case, Ron Bird is the man to hire! Don't waist your money on other attorney's; hire RON BIRD.

I ran into a situation with the law where the police tried saying I did something I did not. I even had witnesses. I tried fighting it by myself for months not getting anywhere. Finally it came down to a jury trail I had one week left. I called Ron Bird and met with his receptionist the next morning. I presented my evidence to her and explained my story. This was a very time sensitive case and within 24 hours Ron pretty much had it dropped. All we had to do was wait on the prosecutor but in less than 2 days with only 1 week to spare til jury Ron Helped me resolve everything. The best part I liked about him is i have a busy job and life. I can't always talk on the phone during the day but he took time out of his nights to talk/text me when no one else would. I hope I won't need an attorney again but if I do he is the only one I would go to. Other lawyers recommend me to him. Thank you for everything you have done Ron.

For a flat fee he got BOTH misdemeanors DISMISSED. Yes you read that right ...both misdemeanors DISMISSED. Oh and not that this makes any difference but he was also the best dressed lawyer in the court room. He definitely takes his work serious . Thank You Mr. Bird

Ron has done something that seemed impossible, I had an accident in my driveway, the police came with the ambulance and issued a citation for DUI, at the hospital against my will they took blood, the BAC was .328 which was then noted in the police report as excessive (4 times state level). Ron got all the charges dismissed! Amazing, this man truly saved my life, thanks Ron, I wish there were more stars! I would recommend this attorney to anyone without hesitation.

I live in another state but got a minor ticket passing through Fremont County, Idaho. I just cold-called Ron's office based on a Google search, and he couldn't have been more helpful despite my having no connection with him previously. He told me it was minor enough that it probably wouldn't be worth having him handle it himself, but he gave me some excellent advice in a short phone call that enabled me to talk to the prosecutor myself and get it reduced to 68 in a 65 to help with my insurance. I found him extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

Never again. My son ended up going with Ron Bird because Ron responded to my son's calls at the last minute, but it was a mistake and my son will be paying for the next few years because of it. Ron gave him a discount on his fees and didn't even earn the "reduced fee" that he charged. Without his office assistant, Ron wouldn't have had anything together.

For the first two or three weeks after we'd payed Ron, he seemed to be on the ball, and he regularly returned our phone calls. When it came to time for hearings, he would often arrive late and even missed one of them.

During the sentencing, it was incredibly disheartening to watch Ron ask the prosecutor about laws that Ron should have studied up on for his defense as well as asking for copies of documents that he should have had in his possession just minutes before they took the stand!

He spent less than 5 hours visiting with my son regarding to his felony charges from start to finish. We have never been through anything like this before and we had no idea what to expect. We were left in the dark through most of the process. Disappointing.

Paid $5000 to have him defend me and my wife was the one who did about everything I should of just paid her the $5000. Plus when he does show up for court he will be on the phone with other court cases and not paying attention to you and what you need to talk about before entering the court room so you have no clue what is going on. And then when it was time to get my records sealed which was suppose to be included in the price above he decided I need to pay him another $500 to get it done. I'll just have my wife do it seeings how she did his job for him I don't recommend him...
