Parsons, Behle, and Latimer was a great law firm to work with. They were all kind and courteous from the receptionist to the attorney. They were quick to get me in when we had a surprise lawsuit and made the process effortless and did not drag it out to cause more expense than necessary. The office is very welcoming and central.

Great Law Firm. They made it a priority to give me the time and attention I needed. I felt like I could always get a hold of my lawyer. I could see that he would often return emails late in the evening, on weekends and holidays. He was very patient with me, listened and helped navigate me through a very emotionally charged case. At time when I would drop something off at the office we would pull me in for a quick meeting or even just say hi. The whole staff was very respectful and friendly.
I loved that throughout the whole process our lawyer was very open and mindful of the cost that each process would incur. We never had any surprise bills or expenses. They were very easy and friendly and respectful to work with. Hiring a lawyer can be expensive and it can be embarrassing when you have to delay things. Parson's was very respectful and mindful and I never felt on the spot.
They were very knowledgeable about the law, not only in Idaho but in Utah (where our case originated). What was more impressive is that when our lawyer was unfamiliar with something he was quick to look it up and/or have support staff find case laws.
I hope I never have to use a lawyer again but I will always use Parson's, Behle & Latimer. Jon Stenquist is a wonderful man and great to work with. I would and have recommended him to anyone.

The attorneys and staff are awful, unprofessional, unkind people. The short shareholder is especially horrible. He apparently thinks that as long as he attends church on Sunday, he can be a phony nice guy to his clients during the week and hide his very nasty side. I can only chuckle that they foolishly lost a huge case and handed the biggest settlement ever awarded in Bonneville County to a plaintiff. Good job.
