Breck's law office was great to work with. Breck was always professional and honest. His staff was always kind and informative to any question I had regarding my case. Highly recommend!!

If anyone asks if I would recommend Breck Barton as an attorney, the answer would be a clear resounding NO! This is the most unprofessional, lawyer I have ever encountered. He is the type of attorney that creates a negative image for his profession. If I could give a negative star, I would.

I'm not surprised to see several comments outlining how rude and disrespectful Breck Barton is. I asked to speak with him over the phone to see if he even took the type of case we are pursuing because many Idaho lawyers don't. He said condescendingly that he "doesn't do phone consultations" and proceeded to question the seriousness and severity of the reason for my call. (My wife nearly died due to the negligence of professionals at a local hospital; I called because she still struggles to talk about what happened to her but asked me to help.) After explaining this to him, he was still rude, inconsiderate and came across as very self absorbed. When the opportunity arose for me to schedule a sit-down with him, I realized I would never put my trust in someone like him for anything. If being represented by someone who exudes even a shred of empathy and professionalism is important to you, I'd call someone other than Breck Barton.

I deal with this office on a monthly basis because of a debt I am repaying. They are always nice and willing to work with me. Dealing with bill collectors is never fun, but the office staff has always been very polite to me. I appreciate that.

Breck has been my go to for legal help for years! When you want work done right, call Breck, he will make sure everything is done perfect. Highly recommended!

I called and was treated rude and unprofessional.

I scheduled an appointment to meet with Breck Barton for my case. It took him almost a week to be able to see me and in this time I was able to make arrangement's for another firm to take my case. I tried 3 times to call and cancel my appointment with Breck but all it did was ring and ring. I missed my appointment and Bret actually called me and chewed me out over the phone. I explained to him that I tried to cancel and he still was very cross with me. I then informed him that I had already had another firm take my case and he accused me of wasting his time. I then told him "this conversation is over" and hung up. All and all I was incredibly insulted and Breck is an incredibly rude, unprofessional person. I would personally avoid at all cost!
