The Trial Lawyer's College has been an infinitely valuable resource for my practice, my life, and my clients. Even if you don't feel like you can take 3 weeks away from your practice, attend the Regionals, find a working group, or ask for a mentor. I promise that if you don't hesitate to take a risk and seize every opportunity to grow, you won't be disappointed.

Trial Lawyer's College has become a combination retreat and ultimately learning experience for me. My first time there (Sept 2017) changed some aspects of how I practice law, including not just how I interact with clients, DAs, and judges, but the actual physical set-up for my office. I returned in June 2018 for In Defense of the Damned to continue the journey of becoming the best I can be. TLC did not disappoint. I could easily see this becoming a yearly trek for me, to match the lifelong trek of becoming a better person. As Gerry Spence said, "You can't become a better lawyer unless you first become a bette person." TLC helps me to do both.

Truly life changing for any lawyer who wants to work on their skills as a Trial Attorney. I attended in 2005 (Reg Course) and 2006 (Graduate course) and have experienced the benefits since. I feel more confident and I have seek great results in applying the TLC approach. Definitely recommend attending.

I have been working for the college going on 5 years this MAY, 2018. Started off as the baker and breakfast cook, and now Alumni Relations Assistant.
The Trial Lawyers College is a community of trust, connections and most of all family. Trial lawyers can come together here, work on trial skills, discovering the story, and flat out becoming a better human being.
I've never experienced anything like it before-- and am so thankful to be a part of it.

Criminal and civil defense attorneys can learn a great deal from the trial skills and psychodrama experiences at TLC programs, and the ranch is a great place to spend time at.

I went to the Washington Regional on Cross Exam last November and had a great experience with the psycho-dramatists and faculty. Trial Attorneys can really benefit from taking courses with TLC.
