Please do not waste your time or money with Robert Martin. He did not deliver what was promised & paid for. Unethical to the core.

I paid $3,400 for mr. Martin to make me a revocable living trust, 16 years ago. He offered Very LITTLE guidance on putting accounts or property’s or tangible items into the trust. Or guidance on how to use the trust to your advantage. I just spent $2,495 to have my trust RESTATED, in Arizona. This Estate attorney here was so thorough, and totally schooled me about its ins and outs. I feel like I could almost create a trust for a friend. Like night and day these two attorneys. Mr. Martin is either LAZY or a PHONY, licensed South Dakota attorney. Avoid him.
Please don't waste your time or money with Mr. Martin. He has a poor work ethic and is very unprofessional.

My grandparents have a significant amount of land that they asked Robert to put into a trust; a trust that only included their children and not spouses. They met with him a couple times and each time he charged thousands of dollars (about 4 thousand each time). After my grandma passed away, it was discovered that Robert didn't do anything they asked. The land was not entered into a trust and spouses were included. Robert preyed on the elderly and stole their money. They were clear on what they wanted and if that was something he was unable to do, he was NOT clear on communicating that to them. If you are looking for an honest lawyer, don't send your loved ones to him!
