I appreciate Mr. Bertsch, and his Staff, very much, for handling my Father's affairs with respect & compassion. Living halfway across the Country in Alaska, I wasnt even able to return for Dad's service. Yet, Mr. Bertsch has listened to me with compassion & answered my questions & concerns, to the best of his ability, via telephone. Thank you to Mr. Bertsch & his Staff.
