The educational resources from Swier Law Firm are really helpful (books, videos, etc.), and they do wonderful work in the community, including honoring veterans at local sports games. I have been consistently impressed in all my interactions with the whole team and definitely recommend the firm!

I do not recommend this firm, after over a year of nothing happening with my case and a loss of $1,500.00 savings I am really disappointed and lost.

Found out some information that i may not have known before.

The information that was provided was clear and easy to understand.

Presented to my class a couple of times at DWU and learned a lot about developing your own business in South Dakota. Gave interesting examples and hypothetical real life problems.

Visited my college and DWU and gave amazing presentations and really helped me understand what I needed to know on the legal side of things for my business

My wife and I had our wills set up with the help of Swier Law Firm. They were very easy to work with and reasonably priced. We had a telephone conference to tell them what we needed and then they set up a face to face where we signed the wills. They answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns.

Again, I went to Scott for an issue from almost 15 years ago. He hooked me up with Taylor Hayes and in no time, Taylor was helping me out. Great team that Scott has.

Scott is professional, confident, and quick to respond and take action. He helped me in a huge way with something that was very stressful, and got it completely resolved for me in a matter of weeks. I hope I’m never in a similar situation, but if I were, I’d call him again in a heartbeat!

This firm is unprofessional and does not return phone calls and will make you wait 3 weeks to potential talk for 15 min after making many phone appointments. Plus the staff cant make simply requests and makes false acquisitions about your character and is hard of hearing! No stars is better

I hear "thanks for your service" many more times here than I did in all the years I lived in Denver. And it is said with sincerity. The evening was more than I expected. Just getting free tickets to an event such as the hockey game would have been sufficient. The introduction and presentation that Andrew did was very professional. Getting the miniature autographed hockey stick was special. I wonder how many of the players from both teams will make it to the NHL. Then to top off the event you sent me a beautiful framed picture from that night. Many vets come back from war zones in body bags or with physical or mental scars that never heal. Too many people have no family or friends who have served and don't realize the hardships and sacrifices that those who serve in the military and their families experience. It is very special to those of us who wore the uniform when a firm like yours expresses your gratitude and make it public. Thank you!
