would give zero stars if i could. Paid this guy 2500 retainer but 100% will not return any calls. His secretary does not answer the call either. If you need help FAST, do not contact this guy!!!

Was very fair with price of services. I went through a messy divorce and he was able to get several bogus protection orders dismissed.

Was always honest and helped me understand the processes. Didn't charge me hidden fees for his time and was personable.

Couldn’t be more happy with the representation I’ve recieved from Dick. He has gone above and beyond for me, I couldn’t be more grateful. I unfortunately have had to deal with many different attorneys and the majority of them are all about the same. Dick is one the few honest & genuine attorneys around. I paid my retainers fee and ended having my case settled not long after. He volunteered to refund me money I paid. Most attorneys would NOT be so honest! He was willing to drive hours from Sioux Falls to represent me more than once! If you are looking for a understanding, compassionate, and competent attorney to represent you.... this is him! He is outstanding to say the least.... after all, there aren’t many attorneys who have taken a case to the U.S. Supreme Court and WON! I can’t thank you enough Dick Johnson! M kids’ lives and mine, are better now because of you!

Didn't keep appointment time. Drove over an hour to this appointment and the lawyer never showed up.
