great law office

this company is a joke. They took money from my account for a debit that was paid already and refuse to contact other company that I have already paid. Now i had to hire attorney to sue them for my money back they stole from my bank account. Hope the 1425.00 is worth a law suite for have ignorant employees that can't make a simple phone call

Their response for the interview process was very poor for a professional company... I expected far more.

No wonder they arent rated higher. Suprised it is as high as it is.

The ladies are efficient, kind, and willing to answer questions. For a collection agency, they are very friendly.

Their customer service is horrible , I wish I could deal with a different collection agency because out of all the women I've spoken to Darcy was the only kind one , out of all the women which is sad.

Considering they are a collection company their employees are very respectful! Great customer service!
