Very courteous service

The front desk lady needs to work on her professionalism. I really don't appreciate being told that my phone is disconnected when in actuality she has trouble identifying the difference between a 0 and a 6. May I suggest the next time this happens, possibly put in just a bit more effort to get a hold of someone as you never know if they are driving a 4 hour round trip to get there. Also, when you contact one of the two parties they could probably help you considering they are the one that gave you the information in the first place.
