I was called by a legal assistant she was very rude. Her tone and approach was very unprofessional. She interrupted me constantly. She called me back to tell me she had been yelled at 3 times this week. I tried to tell her her tone and approach are the problem but she was still speaking over me. It might be a good idea to address this narcissists behavior I wonder how many cases have been lost. She said I didn't get what I wanted but I never asked for anything because she kept speaking over me. After this narcissists called to address her feelings ( she was upset I called her what she was) she hung up on me.
