This is not a fake review- I am a real person. I’ll publish my number! My accident was in 2013- and I NEVER SAID this firm represented me so don’t get it twisted. I said the attorney I had BEFORE, yes BEFORE—— just wanted to close my case and settle, and that wasn’t an attorney I’d recommend. BUT you don’t know how to read Doolander. *******Anyways..... like I said.... I highly recommend this firm to my friends and family*******

Daniel Weinstein threatened legal action if I did not remove my negative review. Mr Weinstein asked me if the opposing party was "good looking". Mr Weinstein then sent me pictures of the plaintiff taken from his Facebook account and asked me to verify if he had invited the right girl to join his social network. He then socialized with the plaintiff before our meeting and was so swayed by his conversation that despite the facts of the case he advised me to plead ignorance of the law! Mr Weinstein has been an attorney for 1.5 years. A new review appeared with a glowing recommendation for Mr Weinstein on a personal injury case from 2013. Mr Weinstein is a criminal defense attorney not a personal injury attorney and was not a lawyer in 2013 or a member of Donahue Law Firm. Fake reviews are also what you can expect in absence of good hard work for the client. 1 bad review after 1.5 years and not one positive review? I wonder how many others were threatened by Mr Weinstein to remove the truth.?
